With over a decade of corporate experience spanning four distinct industries in Banking, Hospitality, Retail, and Casino, I've had a front-row seat to what truly drives loyalty, performance, and culture at every level of an organisation.

My academic foundation in Industrial and Organisational Psychology (BCom and BCom Hons, cum laude) gave me the science. My years in the field gave me the systems, the stories, and the scars.

That journey sparked a deep conviction: the psychology and systems that build lasting loyalty should not be reserved for a privileged few. Every leader deserves access to the tools that turn top talent and valued customers into loyal brand advocates.
